Art Exhibition Art
On Wednesday, we did some awesome art to display next term at the art exhibition! We did a lesson on mixing the three primary colours and what and talked about what colours we could make. Thanks to Mrs Shanks who was a great help!

Writing- Week 3 2016
Welcome back to 2016!
We have been very very busy so far this year. Here is some writing we have been doing.
I like Elsa's beautiful eyes. She has a blue dress. I like Elsa. She has beautiful hair. She has blue eyes. She has a beautiful sister. I like Anna's hair.

Taryn's recount- Week 2
In the weekend I travelled to Frances' house. I had a sleepover. We played on the tyre swing and then we had a firework fountain. We also had some sparklers and a bomb fire. Then we cleaned the tree hut with some water and a cloth and scrubbers. Then the Stevensons came over and they brought tea for us. Ashley stayed the whole day with Hugh. Then we went on the tramp. Frances just about broke her leg because Olivia bounced too high. Me and Frances stoked up the fire and got it going good for everyone. We cooked sausages and marshmallows on the fire with everyone else. Then Wendy and the Shanks came over.

Week 5 Writing
We watched a video about a polar bear and some dogs who were great friends! We then wrote about it and tried to explain why/how they became friends.

In the video the polar bear is hugging the dogs and the dogs are trying to get away. The polar bear is like a ball of snow. The dogs are friends with the polar bears becasue they both eat rabbits. The polar bear is sniffing the dogs bums, it looks funny. Maybe because the both swim they are friends. Tje man was watching the dogs and the polar bear. I like the colours of the dogs, I like the black ones and the white ones. They are really funny colours.

Once upon a time three little sharks were playing among the sea. They were very hungry. The shark's friends were making a surprise party. "Quick here they come"" and ... surprise!
